Peace out, trout! Since the hippies don\’t like farmed fish yet (our store only sells wild caught seafood), I got the honor of buying 5# of trout that the distributor had in excess. He says they are cleaner tasting than their wild cronies. That trout was pretty delicious tasting as I sucked it\’s eyeballs out at my dinner table last night! It was scaled, coated with flour-garlic powder-white pepper & fried in butter. I ate everything – skin, fins – it is all on the plate. Six more to go! BAM LIKE WHOA
